Ipswich Road, Colchester
[edit]- ... that locals were unhappy about a new housing estate on Ipswich Road, Colchester being named after the hazelnut?

- Although the source actually says "bemused" rather than "unhappy", I think it's clear enough from context that using "unhappy" isn't over the line into OR. This looks something like an exercise in shoving every single Google hit into an article to try to pad it out and claim notability, and I'm not entirely convinced that all the content of this article really ought to be included (do we really need to know where the Waitrose is?) but that's not a matter for DYK. New enough, long enough, no obvious copyvio/plagiarism issues. GTG. – iridescent 18:28, 7 August 2015 (UTC)
- The Kid in Africa may have an urgent and vital need to know the location of Colchester Waitrose, their life may depend on knowing the price of salt and vinegar crisps in aisle three .... no, silly me, you're absolutely right, swapped for something else that actually has an article (although that looks a borderline AfD candidate).
