Hiding power
- ... that hiding power can be measured? Source: Diebold, Michael; Backer, Steven De; Niedenzu, Philipp M.; Hester, Brett R.; Vanhecke, Frank A. C. (2022). Pigments, Extenders, and Particles in Surface Coatings and Plastics. Springer International Publishing. From page 593: "authors followed an ISO procedure for measuring hiding power". Chapter 13, "Measurement of the Optical Properties of Paints and Plastics" on pp. 440-481 contains voluminous discussions on the way to measure the hiding power.

- I like the hook and although I don't have access to all of Diebold et al the hook can be verified from the abstract. Checked article long enough and new enough and no QPQ required. Earwig finds no copyvio. Chidgk1 (talk) 09:32, 30 May 2023 (UTC)
- Not a showstopper but how about we remove "sq feet per gallon" as the cite is so old? Also please could you clarify a sentence I have tagged. Chidgk1 (talk) 09:52, 30 May 2023 (UTC)
