Herbert Hoover National Historic Site

- All paragraphs are sourced, almost solely to various National Park Service online sites (+pdf). Spotchecks revealed no major close paraphrasing problems; tiny tendencies; don't think it can be fully avoided when there is little variety of sources.
- The hook is interesting and short enough; source was placed at end of paragraph, I moved it to end of sentence (named ref). Ideally, there should be a page number for the hook since it was in a larger PDF (Page 33). The source doesn't say 1928, but "In the first year after Hoover's candidacy". I would just like the writer to comment on that.

- Thanks for the review, @Iselilja:. I see where you are concerned. It does appear that the number represents the full year following the nomination. I erroneously assumed it was the calender year, but after following up on the sources cited in the NHL documentation, it definitely appears that you are correct.
