Hendy Woods State Park
[edit]- ... that Hendy Woods State Park, an old-growth coast redwood forest in the Anderson Valley of northern California, is scheduled to be closed in 2012 because of state budget cuts?

- Article mostly checks out. You'll need retrieval dates for all the online refs, and the lead needs to be expanded, but the content is fine. A sentence or two summarising each of the two headings would see the lead sorted out. The hook also seems too wordy. I'd suggest dropping some of the text to read as ALT1: "... that Hendy Woods State Park, an old-growth coast redwood forest in northern California, is to be closed in 2012 because of state budget cuts?".
- Ok, I added access dates and expanded the lede. The new tighter hook is ok with me. —David Eppstein (talk) 08:04, 30 December 2011 (UTC)
