- ALT1 ... that British architect H. T. Cadbury-Brown served with the Royal Artillery in the Second World War but made it all the way from Normandy to Germany without firing a shot?
- I agree with your suggestion, the shortened "war" kind of works within the context of the article (although I will now change it) but it is unclear which war it refers to when used with the DYK.
