New enough. Long enough. Seems to be within policy - neutral, everything in the body is cited (and the lead contains information that is cited in the body - within policy). The hook checks out OK - I will note that the hook quotation is from the title of Fox sports (generally not good practice - best to quote from the body of an article, not the headliners), however the body says almost the same thing - "HE’S not on a club’s list yet, but already Gryan Miers has ‘AFL cult hero’ written all over him." - so I think it's OK (and is also a good short quote here). He is listed as 177cm - [1] here and not 178, however the source used for 178 is possibly later (and this is within rounding error) - so just using 178 seems OK.
