Greymouth railway station
- ... that traffic at Greymouth railway station (pictured) increased significantly after the opening of the Otira Tunnel? Source: After the Otira Tunnel opened linking the West Coast and Canterbury in 1923, passenger traffic further increased with the introduction of services to Christchurch.

- New and long enough. Could you please clarify to me what you mean by "near to where it meets the Hokitika Line"? I would have thought that the Hokitika Line goes to this station, so the "near to" bit appears redundant. Suitably sourced and neutrally written. Thanks for doing a (partial) QPQ (which does not appear to have been necessary as just two credits show). Earwig is happy. The photo used in the article could be used with this nomination as it is suitably licensed. The hook is interesting enough. I know that the hook fact is correct but the cited source doesn't back this up; could you please hunt around for a better reference? Schwede66 02:45, 10 June 2022 (UTC)
- @Schwede66: Thanks for the review. I've had a look round and it turns out the former station footbridge (which is now at Shantytown) is also heritage-listed and its listing provides a source for the hook. YttriumShrew (talk) 21:56, 10 June 2022 (UTC)
- @Schwede66: Um... hi? YttriumShrew (talk) 08:26, 17 June 2022 (UTC)
- Ah, sorry. Yes, I did see your reply and then promptly forgot all about it. Yes, that source does the trick, although I had to read right to the end to find the relevant sentence:
It was an important part of the entire Greymouth railway complex and was built as part of a major re-arrangement of the Greymouth Railway Station to cope with the increase in rail traffic once the Otira Tunnel was completed.
Good to go. Would probably good to add to this article that the footbridge is now at Shantytown. Schwede66 09:00, 17 June 2022 (UTC)
