Girlamatic
[edit]- ... that an anthology of girl-friendly webcomics like those on Girlamatic "would sink like a stone" in the male-dominated direct market of comics? Source: Publisher's Weekly
- ALT1:... that Girlamatic featured both a blog about anime and comics, as well as a blog about dolls? Source: Comic Book Resources
- ALT2:... that the editor of webcomic subscription service Girlamatic originally wanted to call the website "ModernGirls", but this name was already taken by a porn site? Source: Sequential tart
- Reviewed: List of Airplay 100 number ones of the 2010s
- Comment: ALT0 might be considered outdated? My preference goes to ALT2.
5x expanded by Maplestrip (talk). Self-nominated at 14:00, 16 October 2018 (UTC).
- 5x expansion verified. No close paraphrasing was detected, and the article is for the most part adequately sourced. Of the three hooks, I think ALT2 is the best one and the one that would appeal the most to a general audience; it is cited inline and it has been verified. A QPQ (a review of a sadly-failed nomination) has been done. This should be good to go. Narutolovehinata5 tccsdnew 12:34, 23 October 2018 (UTC)
- Thank you, Naruto! I am glad my DYK meets the criteria! :) ~Maplestrip/Mable (chat) 13:02, 23 October 2018 (UTC)
