Georg Bätzing
[edit]- ... that Georg Bätzing (pictured) is the appointed bishop of the Diocese of Limburg?
- Reviewed: Red-backed buttonquail
- Comment: top news, we could have it asap, or for his anniversary of priesthood, 18 July, or with a different hook for his ordination as bishop - undecided date, - I didn't give him an infobox yet because he's not bishop yet.

- The article is long enough. It is written from a neutral POV. QPQ done. Doesn't look like there are any copyvios. There are a few broken wikilinks, although those don't affect the nomination. Overall there are several sentences that lack citations in this article, particularly at the end of paragraphs: "graduating in 1985" or the sentence that begins "A brochure invitation...". In order to promote the article for DYK, there would need to be inline citations throughout the entire article. The hook, however, is cited fine in the article. - This was translated from the German Wikiipedia, and I have no way of finding a source for all bits. Should I translate the title of the brochure, for example? I think you confuse the needs for DYK with those of FA. Past midnight here, need sleep. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 22:27, 6 July 2016 (UTC)
- I now sourced the date of the diploma, and found the brochure as a pdf. Please check again. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 10:39, 7 July 2016 (UTC)
- Thanks for adding in those sources! The articles are in a different language, so I am passing this off for DYK in good faith. Everything else looks good to me. Amgisseman(BYU) (talk) 19:20, 7 July 2016 (UTC)
