- Articles are new and long enough (one new article, one expanded). QPQs done. Articles are inline sourced, and no copyvio/close paraphrasing detected via spotchecks. Hook is interesting, short enough, well-formatted and sourced, though for one of the fact (Jimenez convicted) the online source does not directly state the fact, but it's pretty clear indirectly, and there is an additional off-line source which I assume states the fact directly. As for neutrally, I would assume this is OK, but for the Milian indictement, maybe something could be said about weakness in evidence as reason for dropping the case which is what the online source says (User:Vanamonde93) Otherwise, good to go.
