- I do not have a way to access any of these books at the moment, but considering the hook serves as essentially a summary of the article, I would find it difficult to imagine it being incorrect, especially since it is clearly visible that the subject has published books about magic and Christianity. Accepting on good faith. Generalissima (talk) 21:01, 14 November 2023 (UTC)
- @Vaticidalprophet and Generalissima: The article mentions the society, but doesn't describe it anywhere as a society of magicians. ~ F4U (talk • they/it) 23:23, 27 November 2023 (UTC)

- Sorry, busy. The issue seems trivial (it fell off my radar because I went "well, that's trivial" and assumed I'd fixed it). I'll get it soon -- the sources are all extremely clear on this. Vaticidalprophet 16:49, 15 January 2024 (UTC)
- Done, I guess ("esoteric order" is itself fairly clear, but "esoteric magic order" does I guess not-lose-meaning). Vaticidalprophet 16:50, 15 January 2024 (UTC)
