QPQ done. Article is new and long enough. Spotchecks revealed no copyvio/close paraphrasing issue. Hook is short enough (barely) and inline cited to valid online source in Norwegian which I can read. I added a hyperlink to "hydroelectric" in the hook, and think it's Good to Go.
