For the hook's wording, I believe that being bankrupt or insolvent does not necessarily mean that company has folded. Maybe change "going insolvent" to "shutting down"?

Overall: I don't know if you want a quirky hook, but changing it to "appointed as the financial receiver" might pique interest from NFL fans. —Bagumba (talk) 11:26, 16 March 2024 (UTC)
