- The article is new enough, long enough and does not appear to contain plagiarism or copyvios. All paragraphs are sourced and the hook is under the 200 character limit. The main issue is that I can't find the source for the hook in the neighbouring references. That he created the memorial, yes, that's in the references. However, the unveiling by the Marshal of the Sejm in front of 30,000 people does not appear to be sourced. Finally, if promoted, can the promoting person please look at the fair use claim made on the image in the article. It seems good to me but I am not an expect on the situation of images. - Done. Thanks for the feedback. I brought in new source from the Treblinka article originally meant to support the hook but omitted somehow. The image has been switched to the one above with the GNU Free Documentation License, which is good to go. I made few extra improvements also. Everything should be OK now.
