  • A new GA, hook is cited to an offline source in the "description" section. I see no problems at all - other than should it be "(illustrated)"? anemoneprojectors 15:41, 29 April 2016 (UTC)
  • The hook fact may be true, but it is repetitive and not hooky. Yoninah (talk) 00:12, 2 May 2016 (UTC)
  • This would make a good hook, although it is not mentioned in the source to which it was cited (I removed the cite):
  • ALT1: ... that the unusual four-horned skull of the four-horned antelope (illustrated) makes it a popular target for trophy hunters? Yoninah (talk) 13:37, 2 May 2016 (UTC)
  • @Yoninah: Thanks! The hook looks good and I just added a source for the claim (thanks for pointing that out). Sainsf (talk · contribs) 13:47, 2 May 2016 (UTC)
Great. New reviewer needed for ALT1. Yoninah (talk) 13:56, 2 May 2016 (UTC)
  • Approving ALT1 as being interesting and cited inline. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 05:57, 9 May 2016 (UTC)
  • @Cwmhiraeth: thank you for the approval on ALT1. However, it does not appear that the original reviewer, @AnemoneProjectors: did a complete review, relying mostly on the GA icon for acceptability to DYK. Would you mind doing a proper review so this can pass? Thanks, Yoninah (talk) 12:44, 9 May 2016 (UTC)
  • This is a newly-promoted GA, and is long enough and nominated in time. The illustration is in the public domain, the ALT1 hook fact is cited and the article is neutral. I checked a few of the sources to which I had access and found no copyright issues. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 17:45, 9 May 2016 (UTC)
