Flag of Gabon

- Comment: The September 3 version of the article should be used to calculate 5× expansion, because the previous version(s) contained copyright violations. According to DYKSG rule A4, removing "copyvios are [the only] exception" to the rule of using the previously existing article "no matter how bad" it was.
