Feast of the Gods (art)

[edit]

A group of largely nude figures, with a table to the rear

  • ... that painting a Feast of the Gods (example illustrated) allowed artists to show a generous range of nude figures, in complicated poses that displayed their virtuosity?

  • All good re creation date, lenght and that. Image is free. Not crazy about the word "complicated" in the hook; "in poses that emphasise their physicality and virtuosity". Ceoil (talk) 11:18, 19 October 2013 (UTC)
The figures have physicality, the artist shows virtuosity, so I don't think that works. Is "complex" any better? Johnbod (talk) 12:48, 19 October 2013 (UTC)
Fine, thats good, but maybe make clearer that the "their" refers to the artists not the subjects. Very nice article overall. Ceoil (talk) 14:03, 19 October 2013 (UTC)
