Two sources. #1: "Enrique Alfaro Ramírez, gobernador electo de Jalisco, dio a Movimiento Ciudadano su primer triunfo como partido político debido a que ningún aspirante emanado de sus filas había conseguido una gubernatura." #2: "Enrique Alfaro Ramírez, virtual gobernador electo, anunció su renuncia a todo vínculo político con Movimiento Ciudadano (MC), partido en el que dice nunca militó, pero que sirvió de plataforma a su proyecto, y sostuvo que ejercerá el cargo sin tintes partidistas."

– There are multiple sources that require to be written in full citation format. Some lack dates, publisher, language, authors, etc. Other than that, hook checks out by reliable source, QPQ done, article is now long enough, neutral, has no obvious copyright violations.
