Edward Harden Mansion
[edit]- ... that the Edward Harden Mansion (pictured) in Sleepy Hollow, New York, was the site of the first Montessori school in the United States?
- ALT1:... that the Edward Harden Mansion (pictured) in Sleepy Hollow, New York, may have been built in the Georgian Revival style because of its proximity to Patriot's Park, where John André had been captured during the American Revolutionary War?
- ALT2:... that the Edward Harden Mansion (pictured) in Sleepy Hollow, New York, was later used as a home for retired seamstresses?

- Original hook (Montessori school) is most interesting, in my opinion. Neutralitytalk 01:12, 14 October 2011 (UTC)
- Expansion length, sourcing, and hook all meet the DYK rules. The new article text follows the main source but has been appropriately rewritten rather than paraphrasing it too closely. And the nominator has carried out the required additional review. I agree with Neutrality that the first hook is the most interesting one. Good to go. —David Eppstein (talk) 22:33, 14 October 2011 (UTC)
