Ed Beatin

[edit]
  • ... that pitcher Ed Beatin, who reportedly "had the most astonishing slow ball that was ever offered up to a batter", was twice a 20-game winner?

  • The part about winning 20 games is not cited inline for the year 1889, and is not clear if it's cited inline for the year 1890. Yoninah (talk) 21:48, 9 July 2014 (UTC)
Seems a bit redundant, but I've added 2 more cites to Beatin's stat page, one immediately after each reference to the 20-win seasons. Cbl62 (talk) 21:53, 9 July 2014 (UTC)
  • Great, thanks. All hook refs verified and cited inline. Good to go. Yoninah (talk) 22:10, 9 July 2014 (UTC)
