• By coincidence, I was actually happening to look up discussions of "Guinness records" in WP's project-space pages hours before press time. From what I've gathered, Guinness World Records was a more reliable source before ownership changes during the 2000s decade,^{The studio behind Thomas the Tank Engine, of all companies, owned it at one point—true story} and newer record categories may or may not hold scrutiny by the standards of WP or the expectations of other editors.
