Duck! The Carbine High Massacre
[edit]- ... that actress Erin Brown said that Duck! The Carbine High Massacre was a "crappy little movie" which "has permanently staked its place in underground cult cinema"?

- Comment: This is at AfD, but I don't understand why it wasn't withdrawn when notability has been shown. DYKcheck says that this has not been 5x expanded within the time frame, but that is not true. It was 888 characters at the time of expansion and it is now 4,633 characters. An exact 5x expansion would be 4,440 characters. The third reference, on Google Books, can be read, but the page numbers need to be clicked on until it is on page 45. SL93 (talk) at 22:12, 27 July 2013 (UTC).
- I agree...DYK Check seems broken (or at least limping). While earlier versions "may" have been longer in early June than what was sent to AFD on July 23, the article as sent to AFD was "888 characters (150 words) 'readable prose size' ". The improved article as brought to DYK 4 day later... on July 27... is now "4696 characters (776 words) 'readable prose size' ". What we DO have is a 5.2x expansion in character count and a 5.1x expansion in word count. Schmidt, MICHAEL Q. 00:48, 28 July 2013 (UTC)
5x expanded by MichaelQSchmidt (talk), SL93 (talk). Nominated by SL93 (talk) at 22:12, 27 July 2013 (UTC).
- NOTE: 5x expansion checks out as OK. DYKcheck measures an expansion against the size of the longest version in the article history, which in this case probably was this version from 2009, which measured 2934 characters of prose, but was mostly original research that was removed. --Orlady (talk) 03:33, 28 July 2013 (UTC)
- Thank you for clarifying. I only looked back a couple months and did not think to look back 4 years. Schmidt, MICHAEL Q. 12:49, 28 July 2013 (UTC)

- A excellent film article at close to 5000 chars. long, although the film appears to be crappy judging by its plot. :P ☯ Bonkers The Clown \(^_^)/ Nonsensical Babble ☯ 13:01, 29 July 2013 (UTC)
