[edit]- Did you know that on Dorothy Garrod's promotion to Disney Professor of Archaeology at the University of Cambridge, a "college feast" was held in which every dish was named after an archaeological item

- Srsval, I'm afraid this article is completely ineligible for DYK. Articles must either have been created, been expanded fivefold, or been made a Good Article within the past seven days before nomination. This article was created in 2004, hasn't been expanded fivefold (or even edited!) within the past seven days (it's more like twelve years to get that much expansion), and it is not yet a Good Article. Because you have added this onto the nominations page with a 2017 date, it's causing problems, so I'll be removing your transclusion there; I won't close this nomination template until you've had a chance to see my comment here. Before you make any further DYK nominations, please review the guidance at WP:DYK: the newness is critical for DYK, and the fivefold expansion can be quite a lot of material. To be eligible for DYK, articles must also have a minimum of 1500 prose characters. BlueMoonset (talk) 18:25, 22 November 2018 (UTC)
