- ... that in the morning song "Die güldne Sonne voll Freud und Wonne", the poet found a new metre, and the composer a new melody, to reflect getting up? Source: several

- Comment: The sentence from the title page of the collection in which it is printed would be too long for DYK. Here for illustration purposes, - I guess it won't be taken anyway. "getting up" (or "rising"?) is meant in a broad sense: in the morning, from distress, perhaps even even from the dead. Help with wording welcome.

- New enough, promoted to GA on May 22. Long enough, at over 10,000 characters. Assuming sources were checked at GAN. Neutral, no plagiarism. Hook cited, interesting. No copyvios with image, used in article. QPD done. Is there a reason there's no second hook? If so, and since the one hook that's here is fine, I'll pass this to DYK if you make a good case for suggesting only one hook.
- Here's my suggestion for your hook: ... that in the song [or hymn] "Die güldne Sonne voll Freud und Wonne", the poet found a new metre, and the composer a new melody, to reflect the difficulty in getting up in the morning? It's under 200 characters and although it doesn't exactly follow the wording in the article, I think a slight rewording is fine for DYK. It also makes it more relatable; I mean, which of us has experienced not wanting to get up in the morning? Me, just this morning! ;)

- Christine, I am sorry I missed this for so long. Sorry, I'd rather leave it intentionally ambiguous, because - as I hope the article explains - it's meant in a much broader sense, such as rising from the dead even, but at least raising one's head after feeling "down". --Gerda Arendt (talk) 09:03, 1 July 2021 (UTC)

- Came to promote. Gerda Arendt the alt is awkward -- getting up is the problem, I think. Any objection to tweaking the alt to "to reflect the many meanings of "rising"?"
