Derek Derenalagi
[edit]- ... that former soldier Derek Derenalagi was pronounced dead in 2007, but will compete in the discus for Great Britain at the 2012 Summer Paralympics?
- Reviewed: Alethea Sedgman
- Comment: Could be saved for use during the Paralympics (29 August to 9 September 2012)

- QPQ done. No images to check. New enough. Long enough. Fully supported by inline citation. Hook properly formatted. Plagiarism spot check shows no cause for concerns. Hook supported by article text which is supported by sources. Good to go. --LauraHale (talk) 02:17, 14 July 2012 (UTC)
- Please don't use "will compete..." on MainPage. That's crystal-balling. "Will" should be saved for things like the sun rising from the east tomorrow morning. An illness, injury or travel delays may prevent Derek from competing. How about: ALT1: ... that Derek Derenalagi, a discus thrower selected to represent Great Britain at the 2012 Summer Paralympics, was pronounced dead in 2007? --PFHLai (talk) 20:56, 14 July 2012 (UTC)
- The hook is designed to be saved for the day of competition and should run on the main page at (more or less) the time he is actually competing. If anything changes before then it can be changed. But if the ALT is what the people want then go with that instead - Basement12 (T.C) 22:56, 14 July 2012 (UTC)
