Fivefold expansion easily satisfied (I make it a 67-fold expansion!) and recently enough to be eligible. There are no obvious policy issues like copyvio/BLP/NPOV/etc. I verified the first hook via The Atlantic and Slate(hence green tick rather than blue tick), mostly to resolve a slight inconsistency between the lead and the body (the lead implies that the opinion was related to the use of solitary confinement specifically in this case, while the body and the referenced sources make it clear that the concerns were related to solitary confinement in general). I suggest unlinking SCOTUS and justice in the first hook to avoid the sea of blue and because readers will understand what these terms mean; the idea is to get people to read the bolded article and those terms are linked prominently from there.
