[edit]- ... that months after whistleblower David Weber reported concerns about ethics violations by SEC Inspector General David Kotz, Weber was terminated for unrelated reasons?

- New article is long enough, well sourced, QPQ completed. Hook is short enough, so I am checking for copy/plagerism. Mgrē@sŏn 16:54, 25 February 2013 (UTC)
- After reading the article, it appeared as if Kotz resigned after Weber uncovered Kotz' ethics violations. After reading several of the sources cited, it is clear that Kotz resigned to go back to the private sector about the some time that Weber was hired at SEC. Weber made his claims two months later, in March. Mgrē@sŏn 17:50, 25 February 2013 (UTC)
- Thanks for your excellent edits to the article. I don't think they impact the hook, and think it is fine as-is (litigation was subsequent and is not part of the hook); hopefully you or another editor can approve, plagiarism check included. Best.--Epeefleche (talk) 22:02, 26 February 2013 (UTC)
- The current version of the article and of the hook seem to be up to snuff. The article now accurately reflects the chronology of events according to the sources and the hook seems to reflect the same chronology. I did limited copyvio checking and all seems fine.--TonyTheTiger (T/C/BIO/WP:CHICAGO/WP:FOUR) 04:36, 27 February 2013 (UTC)
