- Approving alt1 only. Article is new enough (moved to main space on July 18). It is also long enough with nearly 5,000 characters of narrative text. The article is well and neutrally written and is sourced/cited. An Earwig check did not detect anything untoward. Hook 0 is overly wordy and not as "hooky" as alt1. Alt1 is short enough and interesting. I can't access The Denver Post piece as it is "subscribers only" content. I will AGF on the source.
