Constantin Doncea
[edit]- ... that Romanian communist Constantin Doncea made a well-publicized break from prison, finding his way to Moscow and then to the International Brigades during the Spanish Civil War?
- ALT1:... that Romanian communist Constantin Doncea, as deputy mayor of Bucharest, ordered the demolition of several statues unloved by the new regime?
- ALT2:... that Nicolae Ceaușescu read out the charges that led to the purge of Romanian communist Constantin Doncea, but rehabilitated him after assuming power?

- Everything in the article looks to be in order, length, sources, close paraphrasing unlikely since the sources are all in Romanian (although the article could use a little copyediting - everything is very comprehensible though). I like the original hook best. There is the small issue of the DYK rules having that strange provision that the article have a footnote with a reference right after the hook fact. Other than that, this looks good to go.--Carabinieri (talk) 11:20, 4 October 2014 (UTC)
