Coal Creek (Susquehanna River)
[edit]- ... that when Coal Creek flooded on July 3, 2011, it caused "indescribable damage", but the affected areas did not qualify for federal aid?

- Comment: I'd like to incorporate the fact that 5 inches of rain fell in 90 minutes, but I can't figure out a non-clunky way to put it in. Suggestions?
