- I don't like the idea of referencing the hook with a user-operated wiki. Even though they provide secondary sources over there (including Wikipedia) I don't think that this site passes the Wikipedia criteria for reliable sources. Can you try to find another, reliable source for the Cambrian age? De728631 (talk) 08:52, 19 November 2012 (UTC)
- I have removed that information from the article. How about - Cwmhiraeth (talk) 09:53, 19 November 2012 (UTC)
- ALT1 ... that the specific name of the yellow calcareous sponge (Clathrina canariensis) provides information on the location from which it was first described?
- I have another suggestion (ALT2) since canariensis → Canary Islands may be a bit self-explanatory. Otherwise the criteria have been met: the article has been expanded way more than fivefold and both hooks are cited. De728631 (talk) 14:47, 19 November 2012 (UTC)
- ALT2 ... that the yellow calcareous sponge may be overgrown by other organisms?
- I'm happy with ALT2. People might have thought the name referred to the sponge's canary yellow colour! Cwmhiraeth (talk) 18:09, 19 November 2012 (UTC)
