- Good to go. Date, length, references, and hook look solid. I've removed the image that was used in the article as it might be a copyright violation. Permission should be confirmed for the image in order for it to stay. If it is released under a CC-by-3.0 license, then it can be "remixed" to remove the watermark, which would seem to contradict the intention of the uploader. Gobōnobo + c 23:11, 2 May 2012 (UTC)
- Very cool! Actually, according to my reading of the license, remixes can be required to have the watermark, since the license says "You must attribute the work in the manner specified by the author or licensor" and requiring that the image have the person's name in watermark form seems like a "manner specified by the author." But it's a moot point unless the author sends an email confirming the license terms, which I am still waiting on. I replaced it with an image from Flickr that was properly licensed.Catavar (talk) 08:12, 3 May 2012 (UTC)
- Thank you for following up quickly and finding another image. For what it's worth, Commons addresses the retention of watermarks on this page. Cheers, Gobōnobo + c 01:46, 4 May 2012 (UTC)
