Church of Saint Anthony of Padua, Sarajevo
[edit]- ... that Sarajevo's Church of Saint Anthony of Padua (pictured), a national monument of Bosnia and Herzegovina, claims to be the "church of all Sarajevans" and attracts regular Muslim and Eastern Orthodox attendees?
- ALT1:
... that the Church of Saint Anthony of Padua (pictured), the "church of all Sarajevans" and a national monument of Bosnia and Herzegovina, survived the 3-year-long Siege of Sarajevo remarkably undamaged? - Reviewed: Multicoloured Tanager
- Comment: 6 April is the Day of the City of Sarajevo, and this year it also marks the 70th anniversary of the liberation of Sarajevo from fascism. Therefore I propose that the hook is saved for that day, should it be reviewed in time (hopefully it will be). If ALT1 is chosen, it could alternatively be featured on 5 April (anniversary of the beginning of the Siege of Sarajevo). I am more in favour of the first hook and the latter date.

5x expanded by Surtsicna (talk). Self-nominated at 23:04, 1 April 2015 (UTC).
- 5x expansion verified. New enough, long enough, adequately referenced, neutrally written. All sources are foreign-language, but I am able to verify the facts with Google Translate. I agree that the original hook is best; I changed "boasts" to "attracts". Foreign-language hook ref AGF and cited inline. Image is pd. QPQ done. Good to go. Yoninah (talk) 22:21, 2 April 2015 (UTC)
