Chola expedition to North India
[edit]- ... that the Chola expedition to North India between 1019 and 1024 was precipitated by a succession dispute in the Eastern Chalukya kingdom?

- Offline reference accepted in good faith, article meets length requirements and has appropriately formatted inline citations. Hook doesn't entirely grab me, but I'm sure people more familiar with medieval era India will find it interesting. :) However Ravichandar84 needs to review another nomination before this can be passed. - The article is about the Chola Empire's expedition to the northern part of India, perhaps the only attested North Indian campaign by the Cholas. Well, I guess it is enough if I review one nomination for every five self-noms. Isn't it so? Anyway, I had reviewed two nominations after I nominated this one but before my last nomination, Tarasun. Is that okay?-RaviMy Tea Kadai 01:59, 16 January 2012 (UTC)
