Cherax pulcher
[edit]- ... that the crayfish Cherax pulcher (pictured) was popular in aquariums worldwide before even being recognized as a new species?
- Reviewed: Cyanea nozaki
- Comment: I can't decide between these two pictures.
Also, if the hook is run without an image, ALT1 would be better.

- Comment: I think the bottom picture (subject facing left, towards the text) is better: it strengthens the visual connection. Also, I think that "crayfish" should be stated regardless of image presence, in order to give a bit more context before clicking (I have no opinion as to weather crayfish should be linked or not). This is not a DYK review. --Animalparty-- (talk) 07:58, 29 June 2015 (UTC)
- This 1500+ character article was created and nominated on the same day, so it meets those requirements. And I couldn't find any major issues with it. I think the hook is more interesting than the average. It is under 200 charterers and is cited under reference #2. Both images are rightfully uploaded on commons, so they're good. Finally, QPQ verified.
And I also agree with the comment above, but I think crayfish should be linked, it is a specific type of animal and many readers might not know exactly what it is. Rainbow unicorn (talk) 15:52, 8 July 2015 (UTC)
