This is a newly promoted GA, and is long enough and nominated soon enough but I would dispute the hook. Please see: [1]. Also, with regard to your cited source as one reviewer[2] points out "... the number of en passant errors and omissions ... undermines the authority that such an idiosyncratic book relies on." ALT1... that tapeworms inhabit the guts of vertebrates but have no guts of their own?
WP:DYKDN "The hook fact must have an inline citation right after it ... citing the hook fact at the end of the paragraph is not acceptable." Please indicate the citations for the two parts of the hook (inhabit vertebrate guts & no gut of its own).
I also notice that the Tapeworm->Cestoda redirect might soon be retargeted to Tapeworm->Eucestoda, shouldn't we wait until that discussion is resolved? @Cwmhiraeth:Edit-pi (talk) 09:27, 26 July 2018 (UTC)
@Edit-pi: The hook facts should be covered by the following two sentences. I have changed the punctuation in the second one to provide the inline citation. "All 6000 species of Cestoda are intestinal parasites; their definitive hosts are vertebrates, both terrestrial and marine, while their intermediate hosts include insects, crustaceans, molluscs, and annelids as well as other vertebrates.[2]" and "The animal has no gut and absorbs nutrients from the host's alimentary tract through its neodermis, or cuticle; gas exchange takes place through the neodermis,[1]"
I don't think the renaming proposal is relevant to this nomination which is made in connection with the article Cestoda becoming a GA. I don't really want to waste time on this point which I can see might end up a timesink. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 09:51, 26 July 2018 (UTC)
