Central African Republic women's national football team
[edit]( )
- ... that the Central African Republic faced difficulties in playing in the Women's U-19 World Cup semi-final against South Africa because the country initially refused to grant players visas?

- Central African Republic really is a Tesco own-brand country. Everything looks good to me as far as DYK is concerned. However, I'm finding the sentence "South Africa appealed this decision, visas were subsequently issued to Central African players only for the team to withdraw from the competition" a bit vague; I assume CAR withdrew. Is this correct? I'm not too concerned about the red links, either—partly because I like to see them since they stimulate growth; and partly because I'm reasonably sure they'll be through DYK soon given you editing habits. I'd say this one is good to go. GRAPPLE X 04:33, 7 May 2012 (UTC)
