Comment: This bio was originally part of a mass DYK nomination from 17 October, i.e. on time. We've agreed to nominate five of them individually, including this one. QPQ from the original nomination. Thanks to Vaticidalprophet for the hook.
Overall: I'd recommend reordering the hook a bit for clarity, naming Lorck and dropping the detail about the kind of company that it was, as that's not the interesting part of the hook. Something like:
