  • Nominated 6 days after the GA approval on October 22, no QPQ required, long enough, well-sourced (although I'm noticing a couple of unsourced statements; recent additions?), neutral, no copyvio, images are properly licensed, hook is cited in the article.
One thing is the hook is a little dry. Maybe this ALT2: ... that two of Pitt the Younger's protégés dueled each other in 1809?
My wording is a little awkward but main idea is there. Duels were commonplace, so one simply happening is not all that interesting. The circumstances around the duel are more interesting. seefooddiet (talk) 02:45, 19 November 2024 (UTC)
Thank you for your response. I see your point, we could do this. Or ALT3: ... in 1809, at the height of the war against Napoleon the two British Ministers most responsible for the conduct of war fought a duel with each other?
