Brian Parker (politician)
[edit]- ... that Hope not Hate released commemorative mugs and teatowels to mark the retirement of Brian Parker, the British National Party's last district councillor?
- ALT1:... that Brian Parker, the British National Party's last district councillor, once resigned from and returned to the party in the space of a day?

- Article is new and long enough, no copyright concerns, everything is sourced to non-tabloid news sources (particularly important for a BNP-related biography), main hook is interesting and cited to the Guardian. (For some reason it brings to mind Half Man Half Biscuit's "Architecture and Morality Ted and Alice" with the line "But the nauseating bashfulness of Lady Diana makes me want to set fire to commemorative tea towels", but that's probably just me....)
