I'm still not a fan of using direct quotes as hooks (you can say anything you want), but unfortunately that appears to be the most hook-y thing about this article. New enough, long enough, QPQ is done. Article appears well cited, though reference format could be better (not a DYK criteria, AFAIK). Earwig shows only a 9.9% similarity, so paraphrasing is good.
