Brad White (defensive lineman)
- ... that Brad White was a potato farmer who went on to play six years in the National Football League? Source: potato farming source ("White grew up on a farm, and when he wasn't farming potatoes of his own, he worked on much larger 3-4,000 acre potato farms") six years in NFL source (another source for six NFL seasons here)

- New enough, long enough, sourced, neutral, no plagiarism. Hook is in the article, cited, verified, and interesting. QPQ is complete. This is good to go. Z1720 (talk) 17:13, 2 August 2022 (UTC)
- Wouldn't it be better to make it more vague so that way it would be more interesting like this: ALT1: ... that an NFL player used to farm around 3,000–3,400 acres of potatoes? The source will remain the same and it will sound more wacky and interesting. Sportsfangnome (talk) 22:37, 4 August 2022 (UTC)
- That could work, although I like the original hook best ("That Brad White was a potato farmer who went on to play six years in the National Football League?"). BeanieFan11 (talk) 18:23, 19 August 2022 (UTC)
