Bisaldeo temple
[edit]- ... that the Bisaldeo temple (pictured) stood on the top of a hill before the construction of the Bisalpur Dam?
Source: Resettlement Issues: A dam and displacement (in Frontline magazine), p. 133. Quote: "... stands on top of a hill, overlooking the confluence of the Dai and the Banas rivers in Tonk district of Rajasthan.".

- Meets newness criteria. I can't access the Frontline book, but accept it in good faith. Article is sufficiently referenced and NPOV. Meets length criteria (and not inflated) — article is tightly written, which is good. No copyvio issues. Hook is not too long and is interesting, but I might swap it out with a similar hook:
- ALT 1: "... that the courtyard of the Bisaldeo temple (pictured) is now partially submerged by the waters of the Bisalpur Dam reservoir?
