@Victuallers: I meant we have to attribute the quote so that it is not in our voice. Lightburst (talk) 23:45, 29 August 2023 (UTC)
@Lightburst: I understand that, but in my mind using quotes shows "that it is not in our voice", as it does in the normal use of quote marks. Can you suggest an alt that is in line with your understanding of what is required? Victuallers (talk) 07:55, 30 August 2023 (UTC)
@Victuallers and Kippelboy: I mean calling it the best in the world is subjective. So we cannot say it as a fact. It needs to be attributed to who made this statement. Maybe something like this:
Someone else will need to promote if you both approve of the hook I suggested. Lightburst (talk) 19:08, 30 August 2023 (UTC)
Thanks I didnt realise that we had to be so explicitly explicit that when we "quote someone" we actually mean that someone else said it and because we are Wikipedia we have to prove it so we have to name them. I know you don't make up this stuff. Thx for the help. ALT1 anf alt2 are not so snappy but I suppose that that the point. both OK by me. Victuallers (talk) 21:41, 30 August 2023 (UTC)
