- Both of the articles are new enough, both are long enough, and both are within policy. I verified all the hooks, but I probably think I prefer ALT 2. The first one (ALT 0) is the least interesting of the bunch and the second one (ALT 1) is kind of wordy (I would not object if the promoter has a strong preference for either of these though).
