- This is good to go: created within the last week, long enough, no policy issues, QPQ, no copyright issues, claim is well sourced with inline citations. I'm sure this will be of interest to many readers. Perhaps this should run on August 6, to mark the one-year anniversary of the start of her 53-day journey? -- Notecardforfree (talk) 01:31, 12 July 2015 (UTC)
- @Notecardforfree: 6 August seems like a good idea to me. Joseph2302 (talk) 09:42, 12 July 2015 (UTC)
- @Joseph2302: I'll go ahead and move this to the special occasion holding area at the bottom of the nomination page. If the hook runs on August 6, perhaps it would make sense to change the language to say something like " ... that exactly one year ago, Amy Hughes ran the first of 53 marathons in 53 days?" . . . what do you think? -- Notecardforfree (talk) 21:12, 12 July 2015 (UTC)
- That alt looks good to me. Joseph2302 (talk) 23:14, 12 July 2015 (UTC)
- FYI: I have opened a discussion in Talk:Amy Hughes#RfC: Record for multiple marathons regarding the "world record" claim, however, it should not affect the DYK since the claim is not made in the hook. - Location (talk) 15:30, 17 July 2015 (UTC)
