- The article is new, sufficiently long, and well cited. I think the image is copyright-OK, but someone more experienced than me should check it. The hook is cited in the article. Please make the hook shorter (it is 243 char-s now) and more "hooky" (also, please review another nomination). Sasha (talk) 21:26, 22 December 2011 (UTC)
- it's still more than 200 char-s. Perhaps leave just one of the topics, either "that pianist Alexander Zakin performed with violinist Isaac Stern for 37 years" or " that Russian-born pianist Alexander Zakin played the piano at the White House under Presidents Dwight D. Eisenhower, John F. Kennedy and Lyndon B. Johnson"? I think it's better not to condense too much information into the hook. Sasha (talk) 18:00, 24 December 2011 (UTC)
