One of the few DYK facts I did know. I also know that it should be in PD now, so if you find a copy (and they are out there...) you can upload it to Commons.

Hook: interesting, cited, short enough

Article: New enough, long enough. Referenced well with high quality sources. Paraphrasing looks fine.

Summary:
