459 West 18th Street
[edit]- ... that the architects of 459 West 18th Street (pictured) in Manhattan's West Chelsea neighborhood also developed it to make sure it was built as they had designed it?
- ALT1:... that an Architect magazine jury likened 459 West 18th Street (pictured) in Manhattan's West Chelsea neighborhood to a "jacket and pants" when it gave it an award?
- ALT2:... that the interlocking black and white areas on the facade of 459 West 18th Street (pictured) are meant to call attention to the special zoning requirements for Manhattan's West Chelsea neighborhood?

- I think there is an error in the citations in this article. The direct quotes don't match - I can't find any mention of "idealized zoning diagram" in the article cited to make that claim (although I think it's just an error, since googling that phrase does find relevant hits) and, crucially, the reference doesn't back up the claim in ALT2, nor does this article back up the claim that there were special zoning requirements. Lengthwise and datewise, it's fine, but you might want to check that the references are in the right place. Smurrayinchester 19:09, 7 August 2016 (UTC)
- @Smurrayinchester: Done. I confused two different sources when I was putting in the cite. It's from the architects' own page on the building. Daniel Case (talk) 02:24, 9 August 2016 (UTC)
- Looks good to go now. Long enough, new enough, all hooks cited, QPQ performed. Smurrayinchester 07:41, 9 August 2016 (UTC)
