2020 Zagreb earthquake
... that part of the spire of Zagreb Cathedral broke off during the recent earthquake?Source: [1] "Golemi kameni križ s vrha južnog tornja Zagrebačke katedrale, koji se odlomio u jutrošnjem potresu, probio je krov Nadbiskupskog dvora" A large stone cross from the top of the southern tower of Zagreb Cathedral broke off in the earthquake and fell through the roof of the Bishop's palace.
- Comment: This earthquake will probably not make it to ITN but the article is in a decent shape for DYK. With some luck, some locals may upload the photo of the damaged church. Tone 19:21, 22 March 2020 (UTC)

- We should avoid an Easter egg for earthquake:
- ALT1: ... that part of the spire of Zagreb Cathedral broke off during the 2020 earthquake?
- ALT2: ... that part of the spire of Zagreb Cathedral broke off during the recent earthquake?
- Sadly interesting, on good sources, Croatian sources accepted AGF, no copyvio obvious. - Do me a favour: in the lead, drop a few figures and mention that the Old Town was hit severely. This should appear ASAP. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 06:47, 26 March 2020 (UTC)
- I removed the details about the aftershocks and mentioned the damage to the center. The altblurbs are better, I agree. Tone 09:47, 26 March 2020 (UTC)
